• Manages the housing and billing software StarRez
• Manages all aspects of occupancy management 
• Oversees the assignments team

Nicole Garcia (she/her) - Senior Housing Assignments Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Housing assignments, cancellations, and room changes for first-year students
• Meal plan assignments, cancellations, and inquiries for first-year students
• Housing assignments for students participating in living-learning communities and athletics

• Hiring, supervision, and training of Student Assistants, Community Assistants (CAs), Community Office Managers (COMs) and Summer Guest Hosts (SGHs).
• Receiving, sorting, and distribution of resident mail and packages
